What is the standard shipping time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
Do you offer a trial period for your speakers?
Yes, we offer a 30-day audition period. If you are not completely satisfied with the sound quality or performance of your Audioengine products, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
What kind of warranty comes with Audioengine products?
All Audioengine products include a 3-year limited warranty that covers parts and labor from the date of purchase. This ensures your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.
Are Audioengine speakers compatible with Bluetooth devices?
Many of our models, such as the A2+ and A5+, feature built-in Bluetooth with aptX-HD for high-fidelity wireless streaming. For non-Bluetooth models, we offer wireless adapters to provide the same high-quality connectivity.

Do I need a separate amplifier for my Audioengine speakers?
Most of our speakers are 'powered' or 'active,' meaning the amplifiers are built directly into the cabinets. You can connect them directly to your phone, computer, or turntable without needing an external receiver or amp.
